ian Klepcyk

Ian is a master’s student in the Clinical Psychology program at UHCL. Ian attended Southwestern University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Feminist Studies. During his time at Southwestern he researched the effects of drugs on sexual behavior as well as modeling gender affirming care in animal models. Currently he is researching bias and stigma in AI for the use of treating sexual dysfunction disorders. Ian’s research interests include the treatment of sexual dysfunction, behavioral neuroendocrinology, reproductive justice, and the applications of intersectionality to the field of sex research. Outside of the lab, Ian enjoys spending time with his cat, Finley, and exploring Houston.
